Thank you for arriving here. Iris Reiki by Elle Greer provides intuitive Reiki and energy healing services to support your wellbeing. This agreement outlines important information about the services you receive, including our approach, business practices, fees, confidentiality, and booking policies.

NATURE OF SERVICES PROVIDED

About Reiki & Energy Healing

Reiki and intuitive energy healing are complimentary therapies that promote relaxation, energetic alignment, and emotional wellbeing. These services do not replace medical treatment, diagnosis, or advice from a licensed healthcare provider. By booking with Iris Reiki by Elle Greer, you acknowledge that Reiki is not a substitute for medical care.

These sessions may involve the gentle placement of hands either on or above the body to facilitate energy flow. Hands will never be placed on breasts, buttocks, or genital areas.

Online Energy Healing

Online energy healing sessions are conducted via Zoom or similar platforms. Energy healing is not limited by distance, and these sessions are equally effective when received remotely. You agree to be present, sober, and in a quiet, uninterrupted space for your session.

APPOINTMENTS & FEES

Professional Fees

Fees are listed on the website and are subject to change without notice. Deposit or payment is required at the time of booking unless other arrangements have been made. Payments are accepted via Stripe or Square.

By booking, you acknowledge and accept the use of these third-party platforms to process your payment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 6 hours' notice or failure to attend will incur 50% of the session fee, payable prior to your next appointment.

• If you arrive late, your session may be shortened but full payment will still apply.

• Appointment reminders are sent via SMS and email as a courtesy only. Missed appointments remain subject to the cancellation policy regardless of whether a reminder was received.

If I need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, I will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative time.

CONFIDENTIALITY, PRIVACY & RECORDS

Confidentiality & Privacy

Your privacy is respected at all times. Information you share is treated confidentially, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is risk to yourself or others. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy.

Health Record Management

Your records are stored securely and maintained in accordance with Australian privacy laws. You may request access to your records at any time.

Responsibility and Personal Authority

By booking a session with Iris Reiki by Elle Greer, you acknowledge that:

• You take responsibility for your health and wellbeing.

• You will inform me of any health conditions relevant to your session.

• You will not participate in sessions under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

• You understand that Reiki and intuitive healing are complimentary services and do not replace professional medical or psychological care.
