  • Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice that supports your body’s natural ability to restore balance and calm. It works holistically to help ease physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual stress.

    Reiki works by gently encouraging the flow of energy through the body, supporting the nervous system to shift from a stressed state into rest and repair. It helps release energetic blockages and invites the body and mind into deeper balance.

    Reiki is gentle and works only with your body’s natural energy systems and does not interfere with medical treatments or medications.

  • At Iris Reiki, my work holds a special focus on women’s health and teen emotional wellbeing. Reiki supports your body and mind in finding balance through times of transition, stress, and emotional overwhelm.

    My clients seek Reiki to help with:

    Perimenopause and hormonal shifts — easing mood changes, anxiety, sleep disruption, and fatigue

  • You’ll remain fully clothed, resting comfortably on a massage table or seated if preferred. I will place my hands lightly on or just above your body at various points.

    Sessions are deeply relaxing — you may feel warmth, tingling, or simply a sense of calm.

    Some people experience emotional release, others simply a deep rest.

    You don’t need to ‘try’ to feel Reiki.
    Reiki will always meet you exactly where you are — physically, mentally, emotionally, and energetically. Your only job is to relax, receive, and trust the process. Whether you feel warmth, calm, tingling, or simply deep rest, the Reiki energy is working to support you in the way you need most.
