Please arrive on time and reschedule if you are unwell. For product use, please read ingredients carefully, especially if you have sensitive skin or allergies.
Note: I am not a medical practitioner. My services complement, but do not replace, medical care. Always consult your doctor if unsure. Inform me of any existing treatments or health concerns before your session.

Payment Terms
All prices are in AUD and are not subject to GST. Postage is added at checkout for physical products.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe and Square.

Health fund rebates via HICAPS (Remedial Massage only)

Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for three years and are redeemable for treatments and products, not courses. Health fund rebates do not apply to vouchers. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Refund Policy
I do not offer refunds for change of mind or unwanted gifts. Refunds are offered in accordance with Australian Consumer Law where goods are faulty, incorrectly described, or fail to perform as promised.
All refund requests must be made within 14 days of the transaction date.
For services, please notify me within 24 hours if you have concerns so we can work towards a solution.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping within Australia is arranged via Sendle or Australia Post. A tracking number will be provided. I am not responsible for items damaged in transit. Please contact me for assistance with delivery issues.
Appointment Policies
24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
Less than 6 hours notice incurs a 50% cancellation fee.
Missed or late appointments are charged at the full rate.
Reminder texts and emails are a courtesy only.
Online sessions require a private, quiet space. Public places or while driving are not appropriate.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including course materials, is protected by copyright.
You must not reproduce, distribute, or share any materials without my explicit permission.
Sharing links to my public blog or content is welcome with appropriate credit.
Respectful Communication
Kind, respectful communication is expected on all platforms. I reserve the right to delete comments or refuse service to anyone who behaves aggressively, rudely, or unlawfully.
